New York, Florida Asset Manager Hires COO

New York and Florida-based National Holdings Corporation has appointed Henry Kaplan as president and chief operating officer of National Asset Management and executive vice president of investment solutions at National Securities Corporation.
Kaplan has over thirty years of industry experience, most recently as a managing director at Morgan Stanley.
